Arsenal escape action

Galatasaray have been fined £39,600 for setting off/throwing fireworks and missiles during their Champions League match with Arsenal earlier this month, UEFA have announced. The proceedings against the Gunners have been dropped. Meanwhile, Wales have been fined £3,900 following the pitch invasion during their European Qualifier against Andorra.
